• How long does shipping take?

  Each piece is handmade to order, which means no two are ever the same. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be created, packed, and shipped with care.

• Shipping costs

  We always offer free shipping across the UK. 

• Will my product look exactly like the photos?

  NO! JUNKED celebrates imperfection and individuality, so variations in color, texture, or finish are part of what makes your item one of a kind. No case will look EXACTLY like another. We follow the theme and tone. 

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  Because each piece is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If something’s gone wrong, reach out,  we’ll make it right.

• Where is JUNKED based?

  Every JUNKED piece is handmade with chaos and care in the UK.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Not yet, but we’re working on it. Sign up for updates to know when JUNKED starts shipping worldwide.

• Can I feature JUNKED in a magazine or blog?

  Yes! We’d love that. Just head to the ‘Work With JUNKED’ tab in the menu and fill out the form and we’ll be in touch soon.
